Ehsan Estates leases the property directly.
Subject to the agreed contract and all applicable permissions, the property may then be used for suitable longer-term, corporate, mid-term or other permitted accommodation arrangements.
The exact use, responsibilities and restrictions must be documented in the agreement and remain subject to applicable law, planning, licensing, superior lease, mortgage and insurance conditions.

Do you accept every property?
Every property type can be submitted for assessment. Acceptance is not automatic; we make a final decision after inspection and due diligence.
Do I have to pay to get an assessment?
No. The initial property assessment is presented as a no-obligation enquiry. Any commercial terms are agreed separately before a contract is signed.
How quickly can I receive an offer?
That depends on access, property information and the checks required. We aim to move efficiently once the necessary information is available.
Who occupies the property?
Ehsan Estates may arrange suitable permitted occupancy or accommodation solutions in accordance with the written agreement and applicable restrictions. The exact operating model can vary by property.
